BUDAPEST, HUNGARY - Four-time Formula One™ World Champion and current Scuderia Ferrari Driver Sebastian Vettel put on a spectacular show in front of thousands of fans today by demonstrating a Scuderia Ferrari F2012 car at the Hungaroring in Budapest, Hungary.

Budapest, 28 June – This year, Sebastian Vettel won’t be able to enjoy the affection of the German fans who would have given him a great welcome at the German Grand Prix, but today, he certainly enjoyed a warm reception from the Hungarian ones, who will get a chance to cheer him on in around a month’s time. This afternoon, the Scuderia Ferrari driver thrilled a crowd of over 15,000 who flocked to the Hungaroring for the Ferrari Racing Days event.

“The issue during the pit-stop is something that can happen: I had a problem, but generally the guys are the quickest on the pit lane so there’s nobody to blame. We are a team and when you push to the limit these things can occur. I would have preferred to get the trophy for third place of course, but we’ll come back next year with the same objective.

“We didn’t deserve the pole position today, but tomorrow is a different day. We have a very good car, we’re very competitive, I feel very good in the car and the pace is good as well. We’ve proven that we can be quick in every session, even if yesterday they have been short ones.
